Mission Statement

We, at Insegna, genuinely try to serve those who are involved in the difficult and often unrecognised task of trying to teach young people and adults to enlarge their visions beyond their immediate environment. We appreciate the challenges and benefits that derive from an expanded vision and back this commitment up with care and service.

The availability of the necessary links to foster knowledge and skills will help propel Australia into the world stage with more than its usual vigour. And the provision of multicultural resources to members
of the wider community must be seen as essential to this process of cultural expansion.

Insegna is therefore proud of its work over a quarter of a century and ready to meet those challenges that are needed to upgrade the stock holdings of libraries,
schools and institutions that value our governments’ commitment to multicultural policies. We attend numerous professional development occasions
to display suitable material to teachers to help them coordinate and enrich their curriculum programs. The work that Insegna does is appreciated and valued
and it is also the source of much satisfaction for those who help with its day to day operations.
